Members in Dolphin, Barracuda, Mako and Intermediate Squads are encouraged to attend our first PB Challenge for 2021 on Friday 19th February.

We would like members who are competing in the Country Pennants in Mount Barker to attend.

This is also a great opportunity for children to prepare for upcoming School Swimming Carnivals

A PB (Personal Best) Challenge is an event which challenges the swimmers to improve their Personal Best times in a time trial or mock swim meet with Timekeepers, a Starter and Officials. Swimmers are encouraged to attend in order that they will know what to expect at a real meet and won’t be as nervous. Swimmers are also able to see their own progress as their times improve. Coaches are able to see what mistakes the swimmers make when under pressure so they can correct them in training.

Warm up commences at 5.45PM, with races beginning at 6PM

All swimmers are required to have a parent to assist with Time Keeping on the night.

The evening will conclude with a sausage sizzle for swimmers and parents.
